Class A – Sandy Loam Topsoil
Our Class A Sandy Loam Topsoil is a high-quality natural topsoil processed through a Powerscreen with a 3/8-inch flat screen and magnet to ensure a clean, consistent material. All rocks are screened to be smaller than 3/8 inch, producing a uniform texture that is easy to place and work with.
No herbicides or pesticides are used in the processing of this topsoil. The material conforms to Greenbook Class “A” Topsoil, Section 800-1.1.2, making it suitable for municipal, commercial, and residential landscape applications requiring specification-grade material.
This sandy loam topsoil provides excellent drainage, workability, and soil structure, making it ideal for lawn installation, planting areas, grading, and general landscape construction.
