PREMIUM MULCH

The Premium Mulch is made from local trees (mainly ficus and pine). They are screened at 1" - 2" in size. Compost is added to naturally darken the material and add some nutrients. No herbicides or pesticides are used. The Premium Mulch works well with colorful flowers. A two inch layer should be applied to help with moisture retention. Premium Mulch is not recommended for areas with succulents and other drought tolerant plants or areas with weed problems. Leave 6" - 8" bare near base of plants.
